Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect only what we need to run Someones and to let you into the beta. We don't sell your data, and we don't use ad trackers. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
What we collect
- Joining the beta: your email address, the company website you entered (if any), and the time you agreed to this policy.
- Reading a website: when you type a site's address, we fetch that site's public pages and look it up in public sources (such as Wikidata, the Internet Archive and the App Store) to find its colors, typefaces and logo. We only read what is already public.
- Your account: if you're given access, your name, email, sign-in details and the brands and files you create in Someones.
- In your browser: cookies that keep you signed in, and a few preferences (such as light or dark mode) stored on your device. These are needed for the site to work.
- Basic logs: our hosting providers record standard request information, such as IP addresses, to keep the service secure and working. We also use your IP address briefly to limit how often the site reader can be used.
How we use it
To run and secure Someones, to contact you about the beta, and to improve the product. We'll only email you about Someones, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Someones for us: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and sign-in). They process data on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
The home page also loads typefaces from Google Fonts to show sample brands, so when you visit, your browser contacts Google and your IP address reaches them.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details stay until the beta ends or you ask us to remove them. Account data stays while your account is open.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to be taken off the waitlist, by emailing someone@someon.es. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Someones is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Big changes, we'll tell you about.
